Challenges while Launching a Hybrid Work Environment within the workplaces?
While implementation of a Hybrid model by most of the biggest and renowned companies like Google, like for their employees, they want to launch more flexible schedules, so that they can easily work from onsite and offsite of the business place. At the time of launching the new work model, the company faced a lot of issues and challenges. The biggest challenge was that 80% of employees didn't want to rejoin the offices, as well as their first preference, was to work remotely. At the same time, this issue was booming other issues like ruined workplace culture, lack of productivity, and decreasing performance levels.

c) Technology: because creating a hybrid the model includes the involvement of numerous new technologies either for work and tracking employee’s
performance but in offices, there are large staff members who are old and don’t
have that much technical skill but must have a lot of experience.
d) The other challenge is how to provide training to employees: In this place, the challenge for employers is how to train those staff and make them ready to use new technologies. Employees nowadays are less motivated towards work because they faced less communication and collaboration facility for employees. Moreover, they feel lonely and frustrated which would affect them mentally and physically.
e) Last but not least, Health & Safety challenges: Due to the pandemic situations, employees are
more worried and concerned about their health and safety protocols. That is the
strongest reason employee did not want to come to the office again. Thus, it is
very important for an employer to give such kind of facilities which will help
to give assurance to employees that they will be safe. At the same time, another
important concern for employers is the company’s confidential data which is
important to safe from any leakage of information and plans to keep in a safe
hand but under this new approach, employees will work from home as well as from
offices that will make some risk to companies confidential data.
So these are challenges that may affect employees as well as the organizations while implementing a Hybrid model.
